UNDELIVERABLE TERRITORIES do not deliver to the following territories:

- Greece: Athos mount

- United States: Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaï. cannot delivery orders to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses.

Return procedure

Archive Sale items are noted as Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return item(s), to request a refund and return your items to us.
Final Sale items are not returnable.
We do not offer exchanges for online purchases.
Online purchases cannot be returned in IRO stores or retailers.
We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and with all original tags attached.
If you don’t respect our return policy, we will ship your garment(s) back to you.

Create your return request online from a computer
1. Select the « Assistance » tab.
2. Click on « Return » & fill in your order information.
3. Tick the item to return & indicate the return reason.
4. Validate your return request and print your return confirmation received by email.
If you did not receive it, know that you can place your packing list instead.

Pack your item
1. Enclose in the box the garment(s) you have selected to return & your return confirmation.
2. Place the prepaid UPS return shipping label on the box over the prior delivery information.
3. Call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS to arrange a pick up or drop off at a UPS point.

4. Keep the shipment proof and your tracking number.

Your return will be processed within 14 days of receiving your parcel back to us.
We do not offer exchanges for online purchases.
If you find that 14 days have passed and your return has still not been processed, please send our Customer Care team an email at including your shipment proof and tracking number
