SHIPPING
Our website iroparis.com offers worldwide shipping by partnering with UPS.
During Promotions (Archives, Private Sale, Sale ...), processing periods may take up to 72 hours or more.
An e-mail notification with UPS tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped successfully.
Signature is required for all orders. After 1 unsuccessful delivery attempts the package will be returned to us.
Home and pickup delivery is free for orders over 500€.

DUTIES
We include taxes in the product price. No additional fees will be incurred upon delivery for the following countries only:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Spain, Germany, Greece, Italy, Ireland (Republic of), Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovak Republic.
For all other countries, UPS will invoice you upon delivery.
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.

RETURNS
Upon receipt your order, you have 14 days to return it.
We do not accept exchanges.
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unwashed with all the labels.
Please note that for any order, return costs are your responsibility
Return procedure
1. Complete the returns form included in your parcel, specifying the items to be returned and the reason for the return.
2. Prepare your parcel by inserting the returns form and the items to be returned.
3. Send it to the address below. Don't forget to keep the proof of delivery and the shipping number so we can track it.

Return policy
Please note that for all orders, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Please ensure that all items are exactly as you received them, with their original tags and safety labels still attached. Items returned damaged, worn or soiled will not be refunded. In this case, the customer will be asked to provide proof (photograph) to support the claim. IRO reserves the right to refuse a refund.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box in perfect condition, as we consider it an integral part of the product. Refunds are made only on the basis of items actually received and checked by our warehouse. In the event of a discrepancy between the number of items declared by the customer and the number of items received, reimbursement will be limited to the products actually received. It is the customer's responsibility to keep all proof of shipment (detailed proof of deposit, postal tracking, photograph of the parcel before dispatch, etc.).
- Be sure to keep a proof of deposit and a shipping number to provide the necessary proof of shipment.
- If your return package is lost, our customer service department reserves the right to open an investigation with the carrier concerned. To do this, you will be asked to provide proof of deposit and a tracking number, which will be essential for opening this investigation.
Refund
Your refund will be made to the payment method used to pay for your order.
Please note that we will reimburse you within a maximum of 14 working days after receipt of your returned order.
If your credit card is lost or stolen, please contact your bank.
Exchange
IRO does not carry out exchanges. If your order is returned, you will receive a refund.
Defective item
If you receive a faulty item, please take photographs of the fault and contact our customer service department within seven days at serviceclients@iro.fr. Please note that we do not carry out exchanges. If the defect is confirmed, you will have to return your order to us, we will refund you and you will have to place a new order. If your item has been modified, we will not be able to take it back.
