iroparis.com do not deliver to the following territories:
- Italy: Campione d’Italia, Livigno, Lugano, San marin, Vatican City.
- United Kingdom: Channel Islands, Gibraltar.

- Greece: Athos mount
- Germany: Heligoland, Busingen
- Denmark: Færøerne, Groenland.
- Finland: Åland

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return item(s) request a refund and return your items to us.
We do not offer exchanges for online purchases.
We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and with all original tags attached. If you don’t respect our return policy, we will ship your garment(s) back to you.

This return procedure is not applicable for Outlet Sale IRO.ARCHIVES items.

Create your return request online from a computer
1. Go to www.iroparis.com
2. Select the "Assistance" tab
3. Click on "Returns"
4. Fill in your order number, e-mail address and billing postal code
5. Click on "Check Status"
6. Tick the item(s) to return and indicate the return reason
7. Validate your return request

Pack your item
1. Insert the order form received in your package
2. Enclose in the box the garment(s) you have selected to return
We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and with all their tags attached. 
If you don’t respect our return policy, we will ship your garment(s) back.

3. Close your package and place the prepaid label outside of the box
4. Schedule a pick-up or drop off your package

Please note that the return is at your expense for any orders placed on our ARCHIVES sale.
This requires that you provide a proof of deposit and a tracking number from the carrier you have chosen. 
Upon receipt of your order, you have 14 days to return your items. 
IRO cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of you return package.

As soon as you receive your order, you have 14 days to return your items.
Only products that are not worn, not washed, not soiled, with their original labels will be refunded. If they do not respect these rules, we will return them to you.
This return procedure applies to all orders placed with or without a customer account.
